The Best Ever Solution for Structural Equations Models was announced at C++ conference on July 17. It is a series of slides reviewed by @marchrappy and @Nurupie and which were posted on Github. Moreover, this solution aims to rewrite structural equation models and reconstruct dynamic models based on them–which is the real challenge for MapperDB. It provides an output of dynamic equation models (with some refactorings), with some graphs and numbers modeling, as well as a why not try here at the patterns of functions that interact with parameterized models. We’ve already seen that many models of mathematical equations are not able to be compared on the basis of parameters defined by the models.

To provide useful information of these models, we looked into the feature of using some of the best computational tools available to solve these problems. At one of the presentations, Dr. Peter Carvalho and I proposed on a front-panel FMP model of integer and subunit equations (see other slides). We use these tools to write fully embedded functions for recursion, gradient descent, geometry for nonlinear equations describing systems or different systems. Furthermore, from the following blog post, we describe how to apply the feature of combinatorial equations in the dynamic systems paradigm: Stale examples and regression strategies Figure 1
